DELIVERY INFORMATION

Shipping policy:

• During Festival season, Public holidays, and Sale time there will be a slight delay in shipping.
• We have partnered with various 3rd party courier and Logestic services to ship the product to you. We are currently working with other courier service providers. Door to door delivery of products will depend on the size, weight and service area of the above-mentioned partners. 
• In case you want to choose the courier option, call or Whatsapp our customer service at 9400509007 with your order ID right after you place your order.
• In cases of non-availability of door delivery, you might have to collect the product from the nearest deliverable area. The courier or Logistic partner will get in touch with you regarding the same.
• The delivery of the product depends on the delivery capacity of our third-party partner. We will not be held responsible for any delays from their side.
• If the product weighs more than 1 kg, delivery will be handled through a nearby Logestic service location, where the buyer can collect it.
